Job Overview: Administrative Specialist - Customer Relations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our Customer Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on order management, customer service, and liaison with internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include processing orders, producing customer order acknowledgements, delivering second-to-none customer service, and managing internal stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office software and ideally have experience with ERP systems or similar.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Driving Licence: Clean full UK Driving Licence.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
