Automotive Administrative Specialist

Job Role: Workshop Administrator
Description: As a Workshop Administrator at Kautec Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's fleet of commercial vehicles. Your duties will include raising job cards, chasing repairs, scheduling 6 weekly inspections, MOTs, routine servicing, and reactive maintenance. You will liaise with the Parts Department to assign the correct parts and consumables to jobs. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with internal and external stakeholders. Required skills include administration, record-keeping, MS Office, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
