Senior Commercial Strategy Manager

Be a key player in our Commercial Strategy team, driving growth and innovation at TalkTalk.
As a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you will lead on commercial and pricing strategy for all products and propositions, supporting the wider team in commercial negotiations with key partners.
Responsibilities include defining commercial strategies for new and existing propositions, identifying commercial opportunities, leading on contract negotiation, and defining pricing principles for GTM activity.
You will be the primary interface across a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring commercial objectives are clearly identified, understood, and delivered.
Accountabilities
- Define total lifecycle commercial strategy for all products and propositions in portfolio.
- Deliver quarterly pricing short and long-term pricing strategy for all products and propositions.
- Accountable for product-level AMPU across new acquisition and in life.
- Price point management and discount build process.
Responsibilities
- Primary stakeholder within the GTM planning process, responsible for defining the pricing strategy for the period/quarter, working closely with trading and marketing to define promotional plans utilising your commercial and market expertise.
- Works closely with Propositions and Partners managers to develop profitable products and propositions across new acquisition and in life. Responsible for defining the commercial strategy and objectives for all new propositions and associated KPIs for success.
- Commercial lead in negotiations and appraisal for new and existing partners.
- Responsible for monitoring pricing performance through trading and providing recommendations for repair/optimisation.
- Primary interface between Sales and Marketing teams with Commercial and Finance teams, translating key business objectives into deliverable outcomes.
- Quarterly and annual reviews of pricing and commercial performance, identifying product/channel and external trends to inform future decision making.
- Responsible for managing the price point and discount build process to ensure trading flexibility to meet business needs.
- Subject matter expert in the competitive environment, price elasticity, and product profitability.

- Able to simplify complexity for a wide range of stakeholders.

- A self-starter with great time management skills.
