Job Title: Senior Trading Manager - Commercial, Customer & Product Lead

TalkTalk Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Trading Manager to lead the commercial and customer trading performance across our Consumer division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimising trading performance, and delivering actionable insights to inform our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of trading strategies to drive growth and optimise performance across marketing, sales, loyalty-retentions, and digital channels.
  • Responsible for delivering actionable insights on trading plan variances versus targets, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement changes to trading strategies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform trading decisions.
  • Work closely with sales, loyalty-retention, and commercial teams to build trading offers and propositions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive customer lifetime value (CLV), including customer volume growth, reduced acquisition and retention costs, and improved margin.
  • Lead the review and development of data and insights used to manage performance, defining new reports and forecasting methods to drive business decisions.
