About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Post-Sales Leader to join our team in EMEA. As the first Post-Sales person in EMEA, you will be responsible for managing accounts in EMEA, including HSBC, and building a team across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Compelling Vision: Create a clear and compelling vision for the organization and for customers.
  • Drive Strategy and Execution: Define and drive the strategy and detailed execution plan for the Scaled TAM team, driving faster customer time to value, high product adoption, renewal rates, and growth.
  • Build a World-Class Team: Develop and implement processes, customer journeys, and metrics to drive customer business outcomes and successful execution of customer use cases.
  • Lead the TAM Team: Build, develop, and lead a high-impact TAM team that operates with urgency and drives measurable results.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Personally lead the team and build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Continuously Improve: Continuously test, measure, and improve processes and tactics.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: Experience working in a Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Post Sales, or other technical and customer-facing role.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Experience working with Cybersecurity products and technical understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience managing and building out teams.
