Job Description

Job Title: Cybersecurity Lead

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join their expanding Information Technology and Security Department in the EMEA region.

About the Role:

The Cybersecurity Lead is a key member of the IT Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team. This role is responsible for overseeing all cybersecurity activities, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the organization's Information Security policies while providing effective oversight and support across the EMEA region.

  • Governance and Oversight: Manage the cybersecurity functions delivered by internal service providers to ensure alignment with EMEA business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a security liaison with business units to identify and drive improvements in cybersecurity processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support governance, regulatory, and compliance efforts by responding to regulatory and audit requests promptly.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of the Security Administration team, ensuring effective provisioning, recertification, and issue resolution management across EMEA.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity processes from both business and IT perspectives.
