Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our team at Abbot Care Home in Harlow, Essex.
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive administrative support for residents, management, and staff within the Home. This includes payroll processing, managing petty cash, banking, invoicing, and ordering supplies. You will also be responsible for minute-taking, preparing reports, and handling residents' finances. Additionally, you will assist with staff recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as supporting the reception team.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £29,894 per annum, 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
