Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Harlow Office Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our administrative activities and ensuring that our team members have the support they need to deliver high-quality results.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment, such as an office that supports commercially focused services. They will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and will have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating administrative activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Providing administrative support to our team members
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced level IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in an administration/secretarial role
- Good standard of written English
- Self-discipline, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £26K per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a positive working environment.
