About the Role:

Hyperexponential Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to prospect, build, manage, and close deals in the US market.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, including pre-sales engineers, professional services, and leadership, to advance sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to build a world-class demand-generation machine.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including actuaries, underwriters, IT, and C-Suite executives.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to prospect, build, manage, and close deals in the US market.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, with a minimum of $1 million in sales revenue.
  • Strong sales methodology and structured approach to driving results, including MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger, and Value-Based Selling.
  • Highly data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate and present software product demonstrations.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance sector and our product, Renew.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
