Marketing and Communications Lead

Office Angels is currently seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Lead for our esteemed client.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, is in search of a dynamic Marketing and Communications Lead to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the selected candidate will be tasked with developing a comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy aimed at elevating brand visibility and overseeing a team of six professionals.
Team Leadership:
Inspire, mentor, and cultivate the Marketing and Communications team, ensuring that project timelines are adhered to and a high standard of service is consistently delivered.
Strategic Planning:
Formulate the annual marketing strategy for various franchises and salons across the UK and Ireland, alongside the trade advertising strategy for all product lines.
Brand Promotion:
Enhance brand recognition through social media initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with international colleagues to maintain brand uniformity and contribute creatively to global marketing efforts.
Content Development:
Oversee the adaptation or creation of marketing materials, including copywriting for diverse platforms.
Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and deliver presentations on sales cycle evaluations, promotional strategies, and product launches to Business Development Managers and Field Development Managers.
Budget Management:
Accountable for the oversight of the Marketing and Communications budget.
Market Research:
Conduct focus groups and consumer research panels, and assist in organizing trade events and seminars.
Networking:
Participate in relevant conferences and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Communications role.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with an objective approach to project evaluation.
