Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of IT product sales, particularly in audiovisual and display technologies, to implement a customized strategy for business growth within current accounts.

  • Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights on leads, market trends, and pricing strategies to enhance market dominance.
  • Support team members through active listening and relevant inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to exceed collective and individual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities to track performance against revenue goals.
  • Ensure your sales pipeline and customer dashboards are precise and up-to-date.
  • Report customer feedback that could inform the company's strategic direction.

Qualifications:
A proven history of success in an Account Management capacity, with a focus on revenue generation, growth, and customer retention, preferably within a channel or vendor environment in the audiovisual or creative sectors. Proficient in business-level communication, capable of engaging confidently through various mediums. Strong negotiation skills, with a creative and responsive approach to delivery. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build credible external networks. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment utilizing MEDDIC methodologies (training will be provided). Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics, is highly advantageous.
