About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Douglas Stuart Ltd. as we continue to grow our presence in the energy sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management in the contract recruitment sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector and its recruitment needs.
