Job Title: Damp and Mould Administrator Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Damp and Mould Administrator Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, including contacting tenants, logging work requests, raising purchase orders, and liaising with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contacting tenants by phone or email to book appointments for inspections and repairs
- Logging multiple engineer work requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion
- Raising purchase orders for materials relating to each job
- Allocating jobs to subcontractors
- Liaising with trade operatives, tenants, and clients regarding updates on repairs
- Reviewing specifications and ensuring jobs are reviewed by surveyors for recommendations
- Assisting the Damp and Mould Surveyor and Resident Liaison Officer with complex cases and updating records
Requirements:
- Experience in damp and mould
- Ability to multi-task to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and administration skills
Salary: Up to £36k per annum
