This is an exciting opportunity to join Tearfund's major donors fundraising team as a Leadership Support Specialist.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will support the leadership of our major donors fundraising efforts, helping us to secure gifts that enable us to help more people living in poverty.

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including major donors, field staff, technical experts, and leadership team members.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive organisational and administrative efficiency to deliver results
  2. Prioritise tasks effectively under pressure, maintaining high attention to detail
  3. Develop strategic planning skills to achieve goals

The ideal candidate will be confident, a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills, flexible, and able to deal with ambiguity.

This is a part-time role, requiring 21 or 28 hours per week worked over 3-4 days.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Teddington office and from home by agreement with the line manager
