Job Overview
Fitzroy Support is seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to provide person-centred support and leadership to our team in Teddington. Our services support 30 individuals with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom are non-verbal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent support and making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and support
• Develop and implement person-centred plans to meet individual needs
• Monitor and review service delivery to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives

About You:
• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for delivering person-centred support and making a positive impact on people's lives
