Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children in early years settings, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
