Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and compassionate Early Years Educator Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children in early years settings.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to design and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, using data to inform future teaching strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in an early years or nursery setting.
- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Salary Package
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
