Healthcare Specialist and Clinical Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist and Clinical Quality Leader to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in health visiting, with a focus on quality improvement and patient care. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to healthcare teams, promoting excellence in patient care and quality improvement.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices and policies that improve health outcomes and patient experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of patients and communities.
- Conduct audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
- Registered Health Visitor (SCPHN) qualification.
- Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training.
- Practice assessor/supervisor training or working towards.
- Experience in health visiting and community nursing.
- Ability to coordinate health promotion initiatives and work collaboratively with other agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
