Key Responsibilities
As a Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow, you will be responsible for providing expert health visiting services to families in various community settings, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. You will also undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant, to identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a UK registered health visitor with a strong clinical background, passionate about improving public health and addressing health disparities. You must have experience of working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and inter-agency working, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have knowledge of recent developments in primary care, current health legislation, and quality issues, including the audit process and clinical governance.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
