We are seeking a dedicated Health Visiting and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, responsible for working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and contributing to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities, working closely with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives.
Requirements
  • A UK registered health visitor with a strong clinical background and experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for improving public health and addressing health disparities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
  • Registered Health Visitor (SCPHN).
  • Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training.
  • Practice assessor/supervisor training or working towards.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £42,939 to £50,697, inclusive of HCAS, offering a competitive compensation package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
