Job Description

This role requires an experienced and skilled practitioner to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals providing mental health services to older adults in the community.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, experience working with older adults, and knowledge of relevant legislation and healthcare policies.

As a compassionate leader, you will be expected to motivate staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all care is of high quality and is evidence-based.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
