Community Health Nurse Leader

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Community Health Nurse Leader to join our team in Lambeth and Southwark. As a member of our School Age Vaccination Service (SAV), you will lead the development and implementation of vaccination programmes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in community health settings, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for leading teams, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of vaccination programmes
  • Develop policies and procedures
  • Ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals

Working Conditions:

  • This role may involve travel to different locations to provide immunisation clinics

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
  • Extensive experience working in community health settings

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
