About Your Role
You will be responsible for providing expert health visiting services to families in various community settings, working collaborately with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. You will also undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant, to identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.

What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
