About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy Director of Operations to join our team at ATA Carnet HQ in Teddington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the care sector, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will be a strong leader, data-driven, and process-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop your team to provide sustainable quality services that meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Manage rotas effectively to utilize resources efficiently and ensure compliance with FitzRoy requirements.
- Develop and implement effective action plans to improve business performance and quality standards.
- Promote equal opportunities, cultural diversity, and respect for all individuals, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity.
- Maintain effective communications with staff members, volunteers, and local professional networks to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Offer:
