About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Fostering Network as a Programme Coordinator for our Fostering Kinship Support programme in Northern Ireland. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people, their carers, and families.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification in youth work, sociology, psychology, community work, or social work
  • At least three years of experience working in a community context
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partner organisations
  • Experience working in a trauma-informed setting
