About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives, experiences and outcomes for children and young people, and their carers and families. As a Regional Fostering Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing development of Fostering Kinship Support in Northern Ireland. This project is regional, and you will work collaboratively with voluntary and statutory agencies across Northern Ireland to embed and develop the programme.

You will hold relationships with key stakeholders, monitor spend, support programme delivery and provide line management for project workers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered to a high standard, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including kinship families, foster carers, social workers, and other professionals. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
