Restaurant Operations Manager

Glenshire Group is a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife, with a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple sectors. We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Pizza Hut operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient restaurant management.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for self and others, and fostering a culture of positivity and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement restaurant training programs to enhance team performance and career growth.
- Oversee financial management, ensuring adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards, and driving business growth through effective P&L management.
- Build strong customer relationships, engaging with customers and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in multi-outlet food retail or service industry, preferably at a supervisory/management level.
- Proven track record of on-target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs, with primary profit responsibility.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
- Clear ITC check.
- Ability to move between restaurants as required by the business.
