Restaurant Operations Manager

Glenshire Group, a Scottish family-owned conglomerate, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of a Pizza Hut restaurant. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the operation, managing all FOH and BOH operations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
