Glenshire Group, a Scottish family-owned conglomerate, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of a Pizza Hut restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant management team and team members, ensuring the financial well-being of the operation, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including equipment maintenance and adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards.
- Lead with a growth mindset, model Smart, Heart, and Courage, and set high standards for self and others.
- Recruit, hire, and bench plan restaurant team members, and implement training programs to enable them to meet standards and maximize performance.
- Oversee training, development, and performance management of the restaurant team, and build and lead a store management team.
- Create a culture of positivity and inclusivity, and build strong customer relations by engaging with all customers.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service industry experience at a supervisory/management level, preferably with a proven track record of on-target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR), and a clear ITC check.
- Ability to move as required between restaurants according to the needs of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
