Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Lead by example and treat customers as top priority, ensuring a positive experience in all areas of the restaurant operations.
  • People Management: Encourage staff to share suggestions and concerns, provide feedback on performance, and support the team to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Driving Sales: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Operations: Ensure all products are correctly merchandised, maintain a clean and safe environment, and adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
