Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jollibee Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the smooth functioning of the business while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations management: oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Jollibee operational standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Team leadership: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of staff members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Compliance and reporting: ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including food safety and employment laws, while meeting the high Jollibee standards in all operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a General Manager/Restaurant Manager role.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and health and safety – full training will be provided.
  • The right to live and work in the UK.
  • An energetic and can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Great leadership skills and the ability to coach others.
