Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jollibee Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the smooth functioning of the business while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations management: oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Jollibee operational standards and health and safety regulations.
- Team leadership: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of staff members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Compliance and reporting: ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including food safety, employment laws, and health and safety regulations, while meeting the high Jollibee standards in all operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a General Manager/Restaurant Manager role.
- Basic understanding of food safety and health and safety – full training will be provided.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
- An energetic & can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Great leadership skills and the ability to coach others.
