As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant management team and team members, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards, and implement action plans for improvement as needed.
- Meet food cost and labor goals, and manage P&L statements in accordance with financial control and security standards.
- Adapt quickly to changing trends, market, and environmental conditions, and modify store plans to meet business targets.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead with a growth mindset and model Smart, Heart, and Courage.
- Set high standards for self and others, and implement restaurant training programs to enable team members to meet standards and maximize performance.
- Oversee training, development, and performance management of restaurant team, and build and lead a store management team.
Culture Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of positivity and inclusivity, following Yum's culture and values.
- Build strong customer relations by engaging with all customers, and ensure a positive customer experience by taking feedback and resolving complaints.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service industry experience at a supervisory/management level, preferably with a proven track record of on-target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR), and a clear ITC check.
- Ability to move as required between restaurants according to the needs of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
