We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Account Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for your brands and territory.
Key areas of responsibilities and related activities include:
- Guarantee sales in your area or assigned clients/products by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives;
- Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically;
- Ensure territory coverage by visiting customers frequently and providing consistent service in accordance with company guidelines;
- Drive customer recommendation by ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales and/or dispensing staff;
- Deliver presentations of new and seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year for registration of orders in accordance with the adopted annual plan of the Company;
- Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
- Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives;
- Maintain product range at clients' outlets, quality and quantity of stock, and store supplies under control;
- Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services;
- Guarantee respect and correct deployment of commercial policy.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will require a 'can-do' attitude, effective planning, and being an active team member.
Key competencies and abilities include:
- A 'can-do' attitude – be performance aware and performance responsible;
- Effective planning – implementing an effective customer contact strategy;
- Being an active team member – creating internal and external business partnerships;
About You:
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communications skills, Apple iPad and PC skills, and a full, clean driving license.
Previous customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment, is also essential.
