Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients to ensure payroll is processed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Collate and process payroll information from clients.
- Deal with queries via phone and email.
- Support the finance team in setting up direct debits for new clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Proven track record in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work fully remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A competitive salary of £18,720, fully remote working, 25 days holiday (pro rata), and a pension scheme.
