Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at OJ Digital. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Task Management: Manage the diaries and tasks of senior team members, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, including setting timescales, costs, and resources, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality processes.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for senior team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze reports before distribution to senior team members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior team members, including preparing correspondence and updating records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, working with senior team members and managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
