Job Description:

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled 360 Excavator Operator to join our team on a new project in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our groundworks team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on site, assisting with groundworks, and ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Operate 360 Excavator machinery on site, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  2. Assist with groundworks, including excavation, grading, and other related tasks.
  3. Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  4. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.


**Requirements:**
  1. Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Card for the operation of an Excavator.
  2. Prior experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
