About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Manage the MD's diary, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Directors, including email management, research, and document preparation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, agreeing timescales, costs, and resources with Directors.
  • Communication: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate services, and communicate with external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Review and distribute reports, ensuring all business processes are followed.
  • Research: Conduct research and provide reports to Directors as required.
  • Correspondence: Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Directors, including presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
