Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled 360 Excavator Operator to join our team at MCG Construction. As a key member of our groundworks team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on a busy solar panel farm site in Oxford.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate 360 Excavator machinery safely and efficiently on site
* Assist with groundworks and other tasks as required
* Collaborate with the site team to ensure smooth project execution
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Requirements:**
* Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Card for Excavator operation
* Prior experience operating heavy equipment on site
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
