Peaple Talent is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to join a leading Energy company on a permanent basis. As a senior sales professional, you will lead the development and management of a large portfolio of national key accounts, driving continued growth as a trusted energy partner.

You will have a consultative sales approach, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will identify new business opportunities, develop commercial propositions, and ensure effective sales leadership.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of customers' corporate priorities, energy needs, and sustainability goals.
  • Providing account leadership for your portfolio of key accounts, serving as a liaison between business areas and subsidiaries.
  • Collaborating with sales teams across all businesses to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have significant sales experience, a deep understanding of strategic account management, and a proven track record of growing business. Strong negotiation and influencing skills in a matrix environment are essential.

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
