Social Work Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Fostering team in providing high-quality services to children and families. This position is based in One Angel Square, Northampton and involves working on a hybrid schedule with two days spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Foster collaboration between teams to enhance placement effectiveness, stability, and necessary support for foster children.
- Maintain excellent compliance across your cohort by implementing the Signs of Safety approach and accurate tracking.
- Proven expertise in Fostering Regulations, National Minimum Standards, and Care Planning and Placement Regulations.
- Registration as a qualified social worker with Social Work England.
- A minimum of three years' experience as a social worker.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £38 and involves working 37 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to children and families.
