MKJ Ignite is a dynamic company shaping the beverage industry through sustainability and innovation.
We are seeking a skilled **Global Sales Director** to lead our international sales efforts and drive growth in European markets.
- Manage key international accounts with primary focus on Europe, overseeing full P&L responsibility.
- Set annual sales targets, creating joint business plans that drive meaningful growth with each distributor.
- Plan, negotiate, and manage trade spend and promotional budgets to maximise impact in set regions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, strategic acumen, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in international sales is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also necessary.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £56k + 10% bonus, hybrid working, share option scheme, and other benefits.
