As a Regional Sales Manager at Pin Point Recruitment, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a dynamic sales team in the South Wales, South West, and Midlands regions. Your primary goal will be to manage and develop the Area Sales team, driving growth in profit contribution from existing and new customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, accompanying them to client visits as needed
  • Design and implement sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections
  • Identify new business opportunities across the region, developing a deep understanding of the local market
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop key accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain training matrices for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
Requirements:
  • Extensive sales experience in the food, wholesale, or foodservice industry
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills to develop and nurture the skills of the sales team
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Results-oriented personality with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Valid UK driving license to travel to client meetings
