Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Join Pin Point Recruitment as a Regional Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a dynamic sales team within your region, ultimately leading to a growth in profit contribution in existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Design and implement sales budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
  • Identify new business potential across your region and develop a deep understanding of your marketplace
  • Plan and execute sales opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Develop key accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain training matrices for your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:
  • Extensive sales experience with a background in food, wholesale, or foodservice
  • First-class leadership and motivational skills to develop and nurture the skills within your team
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Results-oriented personality to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Valid UK driving license to travel to customer sites
