This role is a standalone B2B sales position focused on promoting mid to high-end innovative healthcare solutions. You will play a crucial role in both developing existing accounts and identifying new business prospects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by maintaining current accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Exhibit exceptional product knowledge of our offerings.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients through in-person meetings, video calls, phone conversations, and emails.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, consistently onboarding new customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to current clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are informed of product developments.
  • Expand business opportunities through diverse market channels.
  • Gather customer feedback and conduct targeted research to support dealers.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience with a passion for selling.
  • Adept at building relationships and providing tailored solutions.
  • Target-oriented, organized, and possess a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose beneficial solutions.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a polished and professional communication style.
  • High self-motivation and ambition.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Willingness to cover a broad territory with minimal overnight travel.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, negotiable based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE exceeding £75,000.

  • Flexible working arrangement, ideally spending 3-4 days on the road and working from home or the office 1-2 days a week.
