Blair West Limited is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and international expansion in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the technology consulting sector and experience in selling project-based consulting services to mid-market and enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue and growth targets, implementing a strong sales process and methodology, and overseeing the sales process, including new customer acquisition and account management.

They will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and ensure consistent brand message and customer/partner engagement.

The EMEA Sales Leader will be expected to develop strategies to enhance customer/partner satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities, as well as identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to revenue growth and expand market reach.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of revenue leadership roles in high-growth and dynamic environments, strong knowledge of the technology consulting sector, and the ability to drive organic growth through sales excellence.

They will also have deep expertise selling to mid-sized and enterprise customers, proven experience with value-based sales methodologies focused on customer outcomes, and strong international credentials with experience of building & managing teams across Europe.
