The Opportunity:

ISR Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales/Business Development Leader to spearhead our client's strategic approach to new business and account management across the EMEA region.

As a key member of the international Bidding and Solutions Development teams, you will leverage your industry expertise and network within local governments to identify lucrative Smart City opportunities, such as Tolling Solutions, Road User Charging, Low Emission Zones, Speed Enforcement, and other high-growth areas.

Your primary objective will be to assess the suitability of these opportunities to our client's solutions and work closely with the teams to develop compelling value propositions and secure high-value deals.

With a high degree of autonomy and the full support of the international teams, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the EMEA region.
