Job Description:
Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a SEMH school in Merton, London. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who face challenges related to emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Students: You will work closely with students to identify their needs and develop strategies to improve their behaviour.
- Mentoring Sessions: You will deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to help students manage their emotions and behaviour.
- Behaviour Management: You will create and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
