Job Title: Regional Fleet Van Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to drive the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing a robust client portfolio, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and ensuring existing relationships flourish through exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of Rubber Duck Cars while supporting its commercial interests
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Professional presentation skills, with the ability to present at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • Ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
  • Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
