Job Overview

As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager at IFS, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and growth in the South & West Europe region. This position requires a strong understanding of customer marketing strategies and the ability to develop and execute plans that drive customer advocacy and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain excellent relationships with key clients to generate customer referrals and testimonials.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with the sales team to obtain customer reviews and improve advocacy.
  • Content Creation: Create, maintain, and update customer landing pages and newsletters, working closely with the corporate and local marketing teams.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop, own, and execute on the customer marketing plan(s) in region, including activities such as running events, webinars, paid and organic social, email-programs, manage digital channels, public relations / communications together with appropriate agencies.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing platforms, tools and campaigns including social media and search engine marketing.
  • Demand Generation: Drive leads and pipeline creation focusing on customers – Upgrades, Select & Success, Product Launch.
  • Data Management: Help maintain customer data in the CRM to the highest quality.
  • Marketing Performance: Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results.
  • Market Trends: Stay on top of market trends and industry developments in order to produce and execute on the right activities in the right channels with the right message.
  • Budget Management: Plan, forecast and submit budget requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years experience in the business to business marketing environment preferably within the software industry.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable.
  • Education: University degree within business or marketing.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Oral and written fluency in English and French is required, additional European language is a plus (Spanish or Italian).
  • Project Management: Project Management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactive.
  • Presentation Skills: Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers.
